March is gonna be a pretty busy month for everyone here at
SmartSimple. Our team will be hitting the road, travelling across the United

Conference: Reimagine Capacity, Defining the Possible – March 8-11, 2015
Join Director of Strategic Accounts, Todd Lapin, and
Director, Client Care and Marketing, Eric Lauer at The Association of Corporate
Contribution Professionals is having their annual conference at the Hilton
Nashville Downtown in Nashville, Tennessee. The Conference will provide you
with the latest and most relevant trends in corporate giving. Network with
those in the know from organizations like UPS, Starbucks, Bank of America and
the Ford Motor Company.

Perspectives 2015:
GMN 10th Annual Conference – March 16-18, 2015
Gary Modin, Director of Business Development will join
Eric and Todd at The Grants Managers Network Conference. The GMN is celebrating its 10th Annual
Conference with a focus on exploring new granting perspectives. This conference
features 60 individual sessions, broken down into nine different learning
tracks, such as corporate grant making and management, and will feature new
events like Short Talks.
SmartSimple will also be hosting a session entitled Lessons Learned – The Vendor, The Client
and The Grants Management System. Join Todd, Gary and Eric, along with
SmartSimple clients, Shavon Doyle-Holton from the Grand Rapids Community Foundation, Kelly Jackson from Feeding America, and Sandy Phelps from Chicago Community Trust, as they walk you through key steps used to streamline the
change management process. The team will address your concerns and answer

2015 Summit on
Employee Engagement in Corporate Citizenship – March 23-25, 2015
Gary and Eric will be joined by Karim Fahmi, Pre-Sales
Technical Analyst at the Crowne Plaza Times Square in New York City for the 14th
annual best practices summit. Hosted by Charities@Work, attendees will have the
chance to mingle with a wide range of industry experts from various
backgrounds, professions, and fields, discussing key strategies for making
employee engagement matter.
