Global System Upgrade This feature is an enhancement to the SmartSimple system and will be immediately available to all users as soon as the upgrade has been applied to your server: ·          Workflow Emails Emails sent from within your SmartSimple system will now be saved to the user profile of the email recipient – for example, a grant applicant or an Independent Medical Examiner – as well as the object that triggered the email. That means that all emails related to any specific task will be saved to all relevant users and object records.
